Place the Velopack Windows Setup binary here:

  NextLifeMedia.Puppet-win-Setup.exe

The site exposes:

  /downloads/latest
      → redirects to the Setup file when present, otherwise to this README.

  /downloads/NextLifeMedia.Puppet-win-Setup.exe
      → direct static file link once the binary is copied here.

Until GitHub Releases for erikcoleman/Puppet (or another public CDN) are ready,
serving from wwwroot/downloads/ keeps the Download page honest and crawlable.
